SPORT EXPO Exhibitor Schedule

Lower participation fees for the trade fair:

– Registration fee

– Ordering exhibition space/booth at preferential rates

– Advance payment consisting of: registration fee + 45% deposit for the ordered space/booth – payable within 7 days from the confirmation of application

Regular participation fees for the trade fair:

– Registration fee

– Ordering exhibition space/booth

– Advance payment consisting of: registration fee + 45% deposit for the ordered space/booth – payable within 7 days from the confirmation of application

– Ordering booth equipment and media

– Completing the entry in the online catalog

– Submitting new products or innovations to be presented at the trade fair

– Ordering additional services: advertising outside EXPO Kraków and within the exhibition areas, hostess, interpreter, booth graphic design, conference room rental, submitting speakers

– Completing the information for badges for booth staff

– Payment of all remaining fees (outstanding payment for the booth/space, additional orders)
